Shipping and Return Policy: Shipping (freight) charges are based on the total weight of your order and the distance, zone or country your order is shipped to.  Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending upon the tax laws of the state to which an order is shipped. Most orders ship within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday (EST).  We may use UPS, FedEx or USPS ground (overnight or 2-day deliveries carry an extra charge).  Special arrangements can be made for international orders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the entire order, or any portion of it, for a refund within 5 days from the date of receipt of your order.  You are responsible for the cost to ship the product back to us, unless otherwise instructed by us.  All items must be in the same condition you received them, and must include a copy or the original packing slip. Your credit or debit card will be credited for the price of the returned items (and taxes, if appropriate). This credit will not include any original shipping charge. Your credit will appear after we have received and processed your returned item(s) through our return procedure.  Credit card companies vary in the amount of time it takes for a credit to appear on their customer’s records.
